With a strong eCommerce foundation, we are now aggressively expanding into retail and wholesale distribution across the U.S. and globally. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Sales & Retail Partnerships to lead our B2B growth and establish our brand across the country. Position Summary The Head of Sales & Retail Partnerships will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing retail and wholesale opportunities across local, national, and international markets. The ideal candidate is a deal-closer with strong relationships in the health and wellness space -- someone who knows how to get products on shelves, in gyms, and into distribution channels. Your mission: grow our retail footprint and secure high-volume wholesale accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Sales Strategy & Execution Pitch and close deals with retail locations, supplement stores, gyms, pharmacies, and wellness centers Target and secure accounts with regional and national retail chains , as well as independent stores and clinics Manage wholesale and consignment negotiations and contracts Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, brokers, and buying teams Retail & Wholesale Expansion Lead the effort to get products into 100+ U.S. retail locations within your first year Identify key accounts and high-potential territories for rapid expansion Build a pipeline of leads and move them to closed deals National & International Growth Explore international distribution and export opportunities Engage with global buyers, health markets, and international eCommerce distributors Trade Shows, Expos & Events Develop and execute strategy for trade shows, expos, and industry events Represent the brand and close deals on the floor Plan and manage local pop-up retail and partnership events to drive sales Requirements 3+ years in B2B sales or retail partnerships, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement industry Proven success landing wholesale accounts and retail placement at scale Existing relationships with gyms, supplement chains, pharmacies, or distributors is a major plus Comfortable pitching to small business owners and corporate buyers Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills Ability to travel for in-person meetings, expos, and events (as needed) Why Join Us?
