This is retail enablement in service of the GB community. Your Mission You are the guide. Your mission is to help GB schools succeed in their pro shop and retail program by: * Teaching how and why GB Wear drives retention, pride, and ROI * Ensuring schools feel supported, informed, and confident * Translating GB Wear products into real, sustainable school growth What Success Looks Like After 12 Months For GB Schools * Stronger pro shop performance and product adoption * Schools confidently positioning GB Wear as part of their identity * Increased student retention driven by belonging and pride Retention is ROI. Belonging is ROI. Pride is ROI -- it compounds slower, but lasts longer. For Customers * Clear awareness of GB Wear through GB schools * Schools promoting third landing page as a digital retail shop * A seamless experience between academy and brand For School Staff * Internal confidence and alignment around GB Eco System * Clear communication between retail, marketing, operations, and schools * Fewer reactive problems -- more proactive enablement Key Responsibilities School Partnership & Retail Enablement * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned GB schools (retail & pro shop scope) * Onboard new schools and guide them through systems, products, and retail strategy * Educate schools on merchandising, sell-through, and product positioning * Maintain consistent check-ins and long-term relationship ownership Growth, Adoption & Retention * Identify opportunities for restocks, upsells, and new launches * Partner with Marketing to align retail initiatives with school performance * Track school engagement and adoption metrics * Celebrate shared wins with schools and internal teams Reporting & Continuous Improvement * Track KPIs via Monday.com dashboards * Share insights, wins, and blockers in bi-weekly meetings * Improve workflows, documentation, and internal clarity Values in Action Brotherhood * You step outside your lane to protect the team * You communicate with respectful candor and follow through * You treat timelines, relationships, and the brand as shared assets Integrity * You do not overpromise * You stay consistent, patient, and honest -- especially with schools facing systemic barriers * You protect and honor the GB legacy, principles, and commitments Development * You adapt, learn, and improve * You find interest in human behavior, change, and motivation * You turn insight into execution Who This Role Is For (And Not For) This role is for someone who: * Understands or deeply respects Jiu-Jitsu and/or GB culture * Loves helping others succeed * Takes ownership and follows through * Sees service as leadership This role is NOT for someone who: * Overpromises and underdelivers * Treats this as "just a job" * Avoids hard conversations * Optimizes for short-term wins over long-term trust Skills & Experience * 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Support * Reliable personal transportation, mileage will be reimbursed per IRS guidelines * Willingness to travel locally and domestically throughout the workweek * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Google Workspace * Familiarity with [please apply online] ShipHero, Loops (plus) * Organized, reliable, and proactive * Self-starter is a MUST Bonus (Not Required): * Experience with Loops and/or ShipHero * Familiarity with Jiu-Jitsu, martial arts, or the Gracie Barra community What You 're Really Joining This is not just a role.
