Client Relations Trainee Key Responsibilities: * Master residential sales for AT&T wireless products through direct customer interaction * Generate new business leads and hit personal sales targets to lead by example * Conduct facetoface consultations to expand AT&T's residential market share * Train and onboard new team members on product knowledge and sales psychology * Oversee a small team's daily performance, providing coaching and inthefield support * Analyze territory data to identify highopportunity areas across Dallas * Lead daily impact meetings to motivate the team and align on company goals * Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting and performance evaluations Client Relations Trainee Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred, but strong work ethic and "street smarts" are highly valued * A noexcuses attitude toward hitting targets and personal growth * Excellent public speaking and presentation skills * Ability to adapt quickly to the fastpaced Dallas retail landscape * A student mentality with a desire to learn, improve, and advance * Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet as a Client Relations Trainee This is a performancedriven role where results matter more than seniority.
