Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, quote eligibility, policy reviewing, coverage binding, policy changes, claims, and premium payments. * Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clientele about insurance options. * Self Starter, problem solver and self motivate * Strong knowledge of Florida insurance marketplace * Directly contributes to and supports sales goals of the agency. This includes new business, cross-sell opportunities, customer service, retention, and profit goals. * Assist with preparing new accord form for existing clients. Job Qualifications * Customer Service Rep License (4-40) PREFERRED. * High School Diploma or equivalent * Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best. * Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. * Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills. * Ability to work independently and proficiently without excess supervision.
