Our team finds the deals, buys them, permits them, designs, and works in partnership with some of the city's top GC's to bring these properties to life! We're primarily developing in: * Brookline (Coolidge Corner) * South Boston * Jamaica Plain These are proven neighborhoods with long-term stability and consistent demand, and our development presence creates more visibility, stronger branding, and higher-quality inbound opportunities for our agents.
