What You 'll Be Doing * Learn professional sales skills through structured training and daily coaching * Make outbound calls and send emails to engage potential new member attorneys * Speak with attorneys nationwide to understand their needs * Schedule qualified appointments and conduct online product demonstrations * Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities * Work toward--and exceed--monthly performance goals * Develop confidence, communication skills, and business acumen What We 're Looking For You do not need prior sales experience. We're looking for people who are: * Highly motivated and goal-oriented * Competitive, with a strong desire to succeed and improve * Comfortable communicating by phone and email * Coachable--open to feedback and eager to apply it * Self-disciplined, reliable, and accountable for results * Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask * Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus--but not required.
