Factory-Trained Field Sales Representative - Hearth & Mantels Lexington Hearth (Division of Everburn) Lexington, KY (Must live within 100 miles) | Regional Travel Required (up to - 500 miles) About the Role Lexington Hearth is seeking a factory-trained, on-the-road Field Sales Representative to support our rapidly growing mantel business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, building relationships, and helping dealers succeed--not just taking orders. You'll travel throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions using our custom-built display Sprinter van , showcasing our non-combustible and wood mantels directly to dealers. This is a high-impact, face-to-face role where preparation, product knowledge, and follow-through matter. Location Requirement (Please read) * This position is based in Lexington, KY * Applicants must currently live within 100 m iles of Lexington(no relocation assistance) What You 'll Do * Travel regionally (primarily within a 500-mile radius of Lexington) to visit hearth dealers, distributors, and prospects * Conduct in-person dealer presentations using our display van * Help onboard new dealers and activate existing ones (displays, training, follow-up) * Work closely with our Dealer Development Manager on joint trips and territory coverage * Support trade shows and distributor-led sales events as needed * Document visits, opportunities, and next steps with clear weekly reporting What Makes This Role Different * You are factory-trained --you'll understand how the product is made and how it should be sold * You represent a growing brand with momentum and limited direct competition * You'll use a best-in-class mobile showroom , not just brochures or samples * You'll work closely with leadership and have visibility into strategy, not just execution Who We 're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in field sales, dealer development, or B2B relationship management * Comfortable with regional travel (multiple overnight trips per month) * Strong communicator--professional, confident, and reliable * Organized and disciplined with follow-up and reporting * Experience in hearth, building products, construction, or home improvement is a plus (not required) * Hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable representing a premium product line Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary * Company vehicle use during travel (display van) * Travel expenses covered * Opportunity to grow with the business as we scale nationally When applying, please include your city/state and confirm you live within 100 miles of Lexington, KY.
