We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing fashion wholesale team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, skilled in relationship-building, and experienced in driving sales within the wholesale or retail environment. This role plays a key part in expanding our customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships. Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): * Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, boutiques, and retailers * Present new collections, pricing, and promotions to existing and prospective customers * Manage the full sales cycle including outreach, order placement, follow-ups, and after-sales support * Attend fashion trade shows, markets, and client meetings as required * Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment * Track sales performance, client feedback, and market trends * Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports * Assist with business development initiatives and account growth strategies * Represent the company professionally and uphold brand image at all times Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred * Prior experience in fashion sales, wholesale, or retail strongly preferred * Bilingual required: English + Mandarin or Cantonese, English + Spanish * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office * Experience in the fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus We Offer: * Opportunities to travel to fashion trade shows and client events * Professional growth and advancement opportunities * Dynamic, fast-paced work environment within the fashion industry If you are passionate about fashion, enjoy building client relationships, and thrive in a sales-driven role, we'd love to hear from you!
