Sales Team Leader | Davenport, IA Residential Roofing & Insurance Restoration Expertise Required Are you a high-performer with a background in Residential Roofing and Insurance Restoration? We're looking for a Sales Team Leader in Davenport to recruit, coach, and lead a high-octane team of 3 to 5 project consultants. This is a W2 position with full benefits and an industry-leading compensation structure designed for those who want to be celebrated for their results. A Day in the Life Your day starts with coaching--mentoring your team of consultants on prospecting and closing. You'll spend time networking and recruiting to keep your team strong, while also staying active in the field through prospecting and job oversight. You aren't just a manager; you're the lead "hitter" showing your team how to maximize job profitability and navigate insurance claims in the Quad Cities market. What You Bring * Experience: Minimum 2 years in Residential Roofing/Exteriors sales. * Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a sales force. * Industry Knowledge: Previous Insurance Restoration experience is a must. * Solar Bonus: We also install Solar--experience here is a plus, but not required!
