Company Overview AK Public Adjusters helps homeowners and businesses navigate insurance claims after property damage (storm, fire, water, etc.). We advocate for policyholders and guide them through the claims process with confidence and clarity. Role Summary We're hiring motivated, self-driven professionals for a field sales role focused on community outreach and property inspections. You'll meet homeowners and businesses affected by damage, educate them on their options, and set up inspections / sign clients for representation. This is a W-2 position with hourly pay + commission (uncapped) and strong growth potential for high performers. Compensation * Hourly pay + commission (uncapped) * Expected annual earnings: $92,000 - $108,000+, depending on performance (Hourly rate and commission structure provided during the interview process.) What You'll Do * Engage homeowners/business owners in targeted areas * Identify properties likely impacted by hail/wind/storm, fire, or water damage * Schedule and/or conduct basic inspections and photo documentation (training provided) * Explain what public adjuster representation means and set expectations clearly * Collect required info and complete initial paperwork to start the process * Track daily activity and follow up with interested property owners Requirements * Experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct outreach preferred * Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily * Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence * Self-motivated, resilient, and consistent * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Degree preferred, not required (Business/Communications/Psychology a plus) What We Offer * Paid training and field coaching * Clear path to rapid advancement based on results * Company truck (based on role needs/performance) * Flexible schedule (territory-based) * Uncapped commissions and high earning potential Ideal Candidate You're persistent, energetic, and enjoy face-to-face sales.
