As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting products, assisting customers, and maintaining store operations. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for transaction processing is essential. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Experience in supervising or training staff is a plus. * A proactive attitude towards learning about products and enhancing customer experiences is highly valued.
