Your focus: Deliver outstanding customer experiences and manage the shop's operations smoothly. Responsibilities: * Guide the service team to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer visits. * Spend most of your time at the front counter, hands-on with sales. * Streamline production workflows for better efficiency. * Boost sales and profits by reviewing reports, spotting opportunities, and taking action. * Develop your team with training and career growth chances. * Keep communication open--share goals, sales info, and updates with everyone. Qualifications: * 2+ years in automotive. * 5+ years in sales. * Management experience in retail or similar. * Strong customer service background. * Excellent sales abilities. * Solid integrity, both professional and personal. Knowledge Areas: * General car operations and maintenance. * Oil changes, brakes, tires, exhaust, electrical services. * Fluid flushes, tune-ups, state inspections, suspensions. * Shocks, struts, steering, transmissions.
