Job Title: Business Manager - Service Department Sales Manager Location: Useppa Island, FL Salary Range: $75k - $90k (pending experience level) Useppa Island: Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's barrier islands, Useppa Island is a private, boat-access-only paradise known for its natural beauty, rich history, and close-knit community. Position Summary: The Sales Manager for the Service Department is responsible for driving service revenue and ensuring exceptional customer experience for homeowners on a private island. This role serves as the primary liaison between homeowners and the service department, identifying needs, recommending service and repair solutions, and coordinating the successful delivery of those services. The ideal candidate is a professional, relationship-focused individual with strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a luxury, high-trust environment. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding service, maintenance, and repair needs * Proactively engage homeowners to assess property conditions and recommend appropriate service and repair solutions * Prepare, present, and manage service proposals, estimates, and contracts * Drive service department revenue by effectively selling repair, maintenance, and improvement services * Coordinate with service technicians, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery * Monitor project progress and communicate updates clearly to homeowners * Resolve customer concerns and ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, proposals, and completed work * Develop long-term relationships with homeowners based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service * Identify opportunities to improve service offerings, processes, and customer satisfaction * Uphold the standards, policies, and brand reputation of the private island community Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business service sales * Proven experience selling services or solutions directly to clients or homeowners * Strong understanding of service operations, repairs, or maintenance (construction, facilities, or marine environments a plus) * Experience working in luxury, resort, or private community environments preferred Skills & Competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities * High level of professionalism and discretion * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or service management software Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
