Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand market presence and drive growth across assigned regions and sectors. This role partners closely with internal teams to develop and execute winning pursuit strategies, strengthen client relationships, and enhance brand recognition. The Business Development Manager will support both strategic and administrative business development efforts while actively engaging in industry networking and marketing initiatives. Overview * Lead business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive growth within assigned regions and sectors. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute winning strategies for project pursuits. * Support administrative activities, ensuring accurate customer data and generating insightful reports. * Engage with stakeholders to uphold business development goals and strategies effectively. * Contribute to marketing efforts by refining technical content and ensuring compliance in RFQ/RFP processes. * Participate in industry events to build a strategic network and enhance brand recognition. * Coach project staff for presentations and interviews, ensuring impactful delivery. * Plan and manage events tied to business development and brand recognition efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties * Develop strategies to win work and expand business development operations effectively. * Maintain and manage customer data, reports, and calendars for business development activities. * Research and qualify new prospects and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Motivate internal teams to execute winning strategies and achieve business objectives. * Assist marketing teams with deliverables and ensure compliance in technical content. * Plan and track events to enhance business development and brand recognition. * Participate in internal meetings to align market sector strategies and business development efforts. * Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers. Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. * Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, with 5 years preferred. * Basic understanding of the commercial construction industry. * Strong interpersonal skills with professional verbal and written communication abilities. * Excellent leadership skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and clients. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. * Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. * Willingness to work on-site and attend industry events as required. #INDAEC Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
