We offer a $45,000 Base + UNCAPPED COMMISSION! Our reps earn anywhere from $80-150K in commissions and performance bonuses. Our top reps are earning over $200k! What You 'll Do (Inside Sales Representative) * Conduct high-volume outreach (150-250 outbound calls/day) to insurance agents and agencies. * Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales. * Manage the full sales cycle -- from initial contact to deal closure. * Build and maintain lasting client relationships. * Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system. What We 're Looking For * Natural rapport builder -- able to quickly connect with people over the phone. * Strong phone & interpersonal communication skills; adept at handling objections and closing deals. * Proven sales ability; comfort with hitting or exceeding targets. * Experience managing full sales cycles. * Comfortable working with CRM / sales-automation tools. * Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. * Bonus if you have background in B2B sales, inside sales / telesales, digital marketing, insurance sales, or related fields.
