Job Title: AT &T Sales Associate - Base + Commission Job Type: Full-Time Employee Pay: Base Pay + uncapped commission About the Role: Our team is an authorized AT&T retailer, is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our in-store sales team. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of AT&T, helping customers find the best wireless solutions for their needs. This is an in-store position focused on direct customer interaction and product sales. What You 'll Do: * Greet customers in a retail environment and assess their wireless needs * Sell AT&T wireless plans, phones, and accessories * Provide product education and explain current promotions * Process new accounts, upgrades, and service changes using AT&T systems * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets * Maintain store cleanliness and accurate inventory * Deliver a top-tier customer experience with every interaction Who You Are: * Strong communicator with a friendly, confident personality * Sales-driven with a passion for helping people * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail setting * Able to stand for extended periods and work retail hours (including weekends) * Prior sales or wireless experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits: * Base pay + uncapped commission * Average commission earnings: $600-$1200/week * Weekly pay * Paid training * Career advancement opportunities * Employee discounts on AT&T services Work Environment: * In-store sales at our retail locations * Full-time schedule including weekends and evenings Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: From $600.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
