Customer Service Representative/Sales Starting Pay: $25/hr + Multiple Performance Pay Opportunities We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role as an Customer Service/LED Pool Lights Sales Representative. This position is ideal for someone strong communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and customer inquiries efficiently. If you're currently a master swimming pool technician now is a chance to use your skills selling pool lights; without having to do the installs. All sales are completed in office. Customer Service Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after their service. * Answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. * Coordinate with field technicians to relay customer needs or job-related details. * Manage and update customer accounts with job status, communications, and notes in real time. * Proactively follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Sales Responsibilities: * Respond to inbound inquiries from customers interested in upgrading or installing full-color LED pool lights (no cold calling required). * Assess customer pool systems and recommend the best lighting solutions based on their needs. * Provide detailed product information, features, benefits, and pricing to ensure informed customer decisions. * Generate and follow up on customized quotes to convert leads into sales. * Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred. * Strong ability to assess customer needs and explain technical details in a clear, customer-friendly way. * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. * Proficiency with CRM software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * A positive, professional attitude focused on customer satisfaction and team success. Compensation & Benefits: * $25/hr starting pay with multiple opportunities for performance-based bonuses and commissions. * Full-time position with growth potential. * Supportive team environment with training provided.
