Duties * Engage in proactive sales efforts to identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management. * Manage clients with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention. * Conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs, utilizing CRM software like Salesforce for tracking interactions. * Negotiate contracts and pricing terms confidently to close deals while maintaining positive customer relationships. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support territory sales objectives. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities in (B2B) business-to-business sales environments. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management to foster long-term client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management. * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences. * Excellent communication skills complemented by analysis skills for market research and sales forecasting. * Experience with inside sales techniques including cold calling, direct sales, and retail sales environments is advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organization and professionalism.
