As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll connect with prospective clients, guide conversations, and build the pipeline that drives company growth. What You 'll Do * Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, digital outreach, and referrals. * Develop rapport, identify client needs, and qualify opportunities for senior sales professionals. * Educate prospects on products and services, ensuring a positive experience. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in CRM systems. * Learn from continuous sales training and mentorship programs. * Hit and exceed sales activity targets with the support of warm leads and proven systems.
