This position is full time and focused on representing our clients at in-store promotions, local events, and high-energy tradeshows. You will play a vital part in building customer relationships, sparking interest, and turning conversations into sales. What You 'll Do * Interact face-to-face with customers at retail and event locations * Present service details clearly and answer questions with confidence * Create excitement and awareness around the brand through engaging conversations * Organize event materials, assist with display set-up, and keep things running smoothly * Build trust with customers and report back event insights to management What You Bring * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required) * Two or more years in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or events * Strong communication skills and an outgoing, approachable personality * Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment * Ability to stay organized, work independently, and collaborate with teammates Perks and Pay * Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission (earn $50K-$60K in your first year) * Paid training and mentorship to help you succeed quickly * A supportive team that values growth, leadership, and new ideas * Full-time hours (40 per week) * Career growth opportunities in sales, marketing, and event management Why This Role?
