Outside Sales Representative Wensco Sign Supply - Quad Cities Branch Full-time | Base + Uncapped Commission | Benefits + Paid Time Off Wensco Sign Supply is a Midwest leader in sign materials, digital printers, and equipment distribution -- with eight locations providing next-day delivery and unmatched customer service. We're growing and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. What You 'll Do * Develop and grow a defined territory of sign shops, print businesses, and installers. * Prospect new business and manage existing accounts to hit monthly sales goals. * Provide product expertise and recommend solutions to fit customer needs. * Prepare accurate quotes, enter orders, and follow through until delivery. * Partner with inside sales, warehouse, and tech teams to ensure customer satisfaction. * Attend trade shows and local events to promote the Wensco brand. Qualifications * 2+ years of B2B sales experience (distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale preferred). * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Self-starter who thrives on independence and meeting goals. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (Prophet 21 experience is a plus). * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (monthly allowance provided). Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
