About us Best Pest and Wildlife Control is a growing Multi State Professional Nuisance Pest and Wildlife Control Company. Our goal is to offer a wide range of services, including general household pest control, nuisance wildlife eviction from structures, exclusion to prevent animal re-entry, sanitization services, attic or crawlspace restoration, and attic insulation removal and replacement. We are looking for a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our wildlife and pest control sales operations across a designated territory. This role combines strategic leadership, team development, and hands-on sales execution to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership: * Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives and technicians. * Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Market Expansion: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. * Operational Coordination: * Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and effective delivery. * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. * Training & Development: * Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Travel Requirements: * 3-4 days of travel per week. 1 week out of the month travel in your home state per every 4/6 weeks. * Must travel to but not limited to: Colorado, Arizona, California, New Mexico * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Performance Metrics: * Sales Revenue: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Lead Conversion Rate: Improve percentage of qualified leads converted to customers. * Customer Retention: Maintain or increase client retention rates across the region. * Team Performance: Track individual and team sales performance against goals. * Territory Growth: Expand service coverage and increase market share. * Client Satisfaction: Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) or customer satisfaction ratings. * Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely service delivery and minimal service disruptions. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably pest control, wildlife services, or in service industries. * Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. * Ability to travel extensively across the region. Preferred Skills: * Knowledge of pest and wildlife control services and regulations. * Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments. * Relevant certifications in pest or wildlife management are a plus.
