Bob Caldwell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing it's already successful Commercial Truck Department and is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to assist us. The requirements of this position include: * The ability to sell retail vehicles while learning the commercial industry * Product knowledge of vehicles and upfits preferred, not necessary * Learning how to properly upfit a vehicle to meet purchasing companies needs * The ability to retain product knowledge * Establishing new accounts through direct and social media marketing * Building and maintaining accounts * Developing and understanding of how the companies will use vehicles Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored automotive solutions. * Utilize social media marketing strategies to promote vehicle inventory and dealership services. * Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales. * Manage inventory effectively, ensuring accurate records and availability of vehicles. * Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
