Remodeling Sales Representative / Estimator Location: Columbus, OH & Surrounding Areas Pay: From: Base $30,000/year+ including Uncapped Commission Expected Earnings: $100,000 -$120,000+ Job Type: Full-Time | W-2 or Subcontractor About Us We are looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative / Estimator who loves helping homeowners bring their vision to life and wants to grow with a values-driven team. My Square Home is a fast-growing residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and full-home renovations. We remodel with craftsmanship, intention, and heart -- treating clients like family and delivering an experience that feels like home. What You 'll Do * Meet with qualified homeowner leads (in-person & virtual) * Understand client goals, design vision, lifestyle needs, and budget * Prepare and present professional estimates using our CRM (Houzz Pro & Clear Estimates) * Educate clients and guide them confidently through the decision-making process * Follow up, build trust, and close projects with integrity * Collaborate with design & project management teams for seamless hand-off * Work company-provided leads and build relationships through networking, referrals, and community presence * Engage in light door-to-door outreach near active projects and in targeted neighborhoods -- focused on friendly introductions and relationship-building, not high-pressure sales What We 're Looking For * 1+ years of sales experience (home improvement preferred) * Strong communication & consultative selling skills * Comfortable discussing budgets and value-driven solutions * Organized, professional, tech-comfortable, and self-motivated * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation * High integrity, positive energy, and coachable Lead Program * High-quality inbound homeowner leads provided * Branded marketing support & CRM system * Light neighborhood introductions near job sites -- not high-pressure sales * Support and training to build your referral network * We provide branding, tools, support & training -- you bring energy, heart, and hustle What We Offer * Base salary + uncapped commissions * On-target earnings of $100K-$120K+ (and higher potential) * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training & ongoing development * Career growth and leadership opportunities as we scale * Supportive, family-style culture with high standards Schedule * Monday-Friday * Occasional evenings/weekends for homeowner appointments Our Mission "At My Square Home, we're rooted in family and driven by quality.
