We're on the hunt for an Outside Sales Consultant to join our Nashville team. This role is all about helping local businesses in Nashville grow with the right digital marketing tools. • Finding and connecting with local businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing services.
• Setting up meetings through cold calls, networking, and community outreach.
• Learning about each client's business, competition, and goals to recommend the best solutions.
• Managing your sales pipeline and keeping everything updated in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Hitting sales targets and celebrating wins with your team. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience (outside sales is a bonus, but not required if you've got drive).
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and starting conversations with new people.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Eager to develop skills and grow with our team. Pay & Perks

Compensation

: base salary + commission + bonuses, no cap
