As courteous and trustworthy experts on all Buick and GMC models, technology, our talented Sales Professionals provide a stress-free purchase experience for our customers and are responsible for helping them select a vehicle that meets their everyday need while maintaining minimum sales and delivery quotas according to dealership standards. *Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explains fully (product performance ,application and benefits) to prospects. *Offers test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drives. *Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system. *Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. *Maintains records on regular customer, following up periodically by phone, mail, or personal reminders. *Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales. *Schedules first service appointment. Introduces customer to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department. *Follows up on all post- delivery items, tag, title work and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met. *Maintains a prospect development system. *Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer service satisfaction. *Attends sales meetings on time.
