The Entry Level Manager provides business owners with the right digital landlines, the right data speeds, and the professional peace of mind that comes with a network designed for the demands of the modern workplace. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager * Respond to Worcester business inquiries with technical accuracy, providing clear guidance on AT&T Business Fiber, 5G wireless devices, cell phones, and VoIP solutions. * Oversee account setups, service migrations, and hardware upgrades while ensuring data accuracy, secure documentation, and strict B2B billing compliance. * Troubleshoot complex service barriers and clarify technical requirements, escalating issues through AT&T support channels for rapid resolution. * Maintain data records by tracking activations, upgrades, and client feedback to drive Worcester regional benchmarks and AT&T Business growth. * Collaborate with leadership to align sales and service strategies, reinforcing AT&T's professional brand messaging across local business campaigns. What We 're Looking For in an Entry Level Manager * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Communications is highly preferred for this leadership track. * Experience in professional sales, B2B customer service, or hospitality where a direct, results-oriented mindset was required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical VoIP configurations, resolve commercial account concerns, and build long-term business trust. * Organized, proactive, and energetic mindset with the resilience to lead in a fast-paced, high-stakes professional environment. * Proficiency in CRM platforms, digital account management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage team metrics and ensure compliance with AT&T's standards.
