Kaizen Solutions is hiring outside sales reps in Lexington, KY to sell fiber internet services on behalf of T-Mobile Fiber and Kinetic. This is a door-to-door, commission-based role. You will be working in residential neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners. What You'll Do * Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods * Talk with homeowners about fiber internet availability * Sell internet service and submit orders through our system * Work independently while following a clear sales process Pay * Commission only * Paid per completed installation * No cap on earnings * High performers earn significantly more than hourly roles (Exact commission details provided during the interview.) Schedule * Flexible schedule * Typical workdays are late morning to early evening * Full-time and part-time options available Requirements * 18+ * Reliable transportation * Smartphone * Comfortable talking to people and handling rejection * Willing to work outdoors No sales experience required.
