Your Dual Role: Treatment Coordinator + Part-time Marketing Manager You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face who helps patients understand their orthodontic options and say "yes" to treatment -- and the creative force who helps tell our story to the community. Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities: * Welcome new patients and provide an exceptional first impression. * Present treatment plans clearly and confidently. * Guide patients through financial options with empathy and clarity. * Maintain strong follow-up to achieve high case acceptance rates. * Ensure every patient feels cared for, informed, and excited about their new smile. Marketing Manager Responsibilities: * Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that reflect our brand and mission. * Manage our social media , website updates, and online presence. * Build and maintain relationships with local dental offices and community partners. * Coordinate events, sponsorships, and patient appreciation programs. * Track marketing results and share ideas to help us grow. Skills & Requirements The right person will bring: * A joyful, outgoing nature that brightens every interaction. * Knowledge about orthodontics. * Confidence and curiosity -- you love learning and taking initiative. * Excellent communication and organization skills. * Comfort with computers, scheduling software, and social media platforms. * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. * Reliable transportation to travel between our three offices. * Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus! Training will be provided in orthodontic treatment presentation, marketing strategy, and sales systems.
