Leads Provided No Cold Calling Growing Territory Are you a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with experience in flooring or construction? Do you excel in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts your success? We're looking for an enthusiastic Outside Flooring Sales Representative to join our team and grow our presence throughout the vibrant San Diego market. This is a leads-driven position--no cold calling required. All leads come directly from our trusted retail business partner. If you love turning warm opportunities into long-term customers, this is the role for you. What You 'll Do * Manage and follow up on high-quality leads provided by our retail partner. * Build and expand your customer base within your assigned territory. * Conduct on-site visits to multi-unit residential and commercial properties for product demos, quotes, and flooring recommendations. * Identify customer needs and guide them to the best flooring solutions based on budget, design, and performance. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination. * Stay current on flooring products, installation methods, and industry trends to position yourself as a trusted expert. * Consistently meet--and aim to exceed--monthly sales goals. What You Bring * Successful sales background in flooring, with multi-unit residential, or commercial markets. * Flooring installation experience is a plus , but not required. * Strong understanding of flooring materials and installation concepts. * Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Ability to lift and carry samples/materials as needed. * Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.
