Job Title: Charter Sales Manager (No Commission) Location: Hanover, MD Job Type: Full Time Experience: Minimum 3-5 yrs. Sales Coach USA/Dillons in Hanover is looking for a highly organized and detail- oriented Charter Sales Manager for our charter services. We are looking for a proven sales professional to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities within our charter segment. The Charter Sales Manager will be responsible to grow sales based on monthly goals set by the General Manager. Coordination with the Operations Department will be a must to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be highly motivated by challenge and the opportunity to increase profitability for the organization. Essential Functions: * Answer all Charter calls, emails, quotes & direct calls when needed to the appropriate department * Quote all charter trips & Book Charters via phone, email or walk-in * Pursue for new business based on market knowledge and company objectives to meet revenue budget goals. * Cold calling and Outside sales, when required. * Use the company's sales booking systems in making sales, tracking availability, and maximizing customer contacts; currently Distinctive but implementing TBN. * Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to determine focus on sales efforts. * Maintain weekly call spreadsheet of all calling efforts, marketing efforts and business wins. * Daily communication with the Operational team to ensure quality service. * Manage small or large charter projects, when required. * Payment Follow ups for upcoming trips/request & upload signed contracts * Enter charter payments (credit cards, checks, cash) * Prepare Expense money & envelopes for charters * Prepare paperwork for drivers (maps, instructions, work orders) * Employee Uniforms (Ordering, Distributing, Vouchers, etc. when required) * Assist in preparation of regulatory scheduled reports * Projects requested by your manager * Other tasks needed within Office duties for the Sales Dept/Office Required Skills: * Excellent communication skills. * 3-5 yrs. experience in Sales * Reliable transportation with the ability to travel * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite * Strong oral and written skills * Ability to effectively present information in a clear, concise format one-on-one and in small groups * Ability to demonstrate reasoning capability by dealing with problems involving several concreate variables in standardized situations * Transportation Industry experience is a plus * Time Management * Adaptability Coach Offers: * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Short Term Disability * Term life insurance (company paid and voluntary) * 401(k) plan (after one year) * Paid Holidays * Vacation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
