Sales Executive - Digital Event Sponsorships Las Vegas | Full-Time | $70,000 Base + Commission Where Technology meets Culture The64 is a fast-growing, fan-driven voting and tournament platform blending sports, culture, food, and entertainment into one addictive experience. We're privately funded, moving quickly, and building something genuinely different -- and we're looking for a Sales Executive who wants real ownership, real impact, and real upside. This is not an account maintenance role. This is a hunter position for someone who can build pipelines, close deals, and help turn content into culture -- and revenue. The Role We're seeking a driven Digital Event Sponsorship Sales Executive to build brand partnerships, close sponsorship deals, and scale revenue across our growing slate of national tournaments. You'll work directly with leadership to shape sales strategy, develop sponsorship packages, and bring major regional and national brands into the The64 ecosystem. If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and excited by digital media + experiential marketing, this role is built for you. What You 'll Do * Sell sponsorships and partnerships to local, regional and national brands * Prospect and build a strong outbound and inbound sales pipeline * Own the full sales cycle: outreach -> pitch -> proposal -> negotiation -> close * Position The64 as a modern tech + media + engagement platform for brands * Create and negotiate sponsorship packages and custom proposals * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design high-impact sponsor activations * Manage post-sale relationships to drive renewals and long-term partnerships * Consistently hit or exceed revenue targets What We 're Looking For * Experience in B2B sales, sponsorship sales, or media sales * Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals * Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills * Comfortable hunting new business in fast-moving environments * Solid understanding of sponsorship value, marketing ROI, and pipelines * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience Why This Role Is Different * Join at the ground level of a fully funded, high-growth, private company * Direct access to leadership and sales strategy decisions * Real autonomy and ownership of your revenue pipeline * Clear path for career growth as the company scales nationally * Sell something fun, modern, and culturally relevant Requirements * Valid driver's license * Ability to commute to our Las Vegas office and out of office meetings Job Type: Full-time Base Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In personConfidential - Marketing Company
