Winn Volkswagen Woodland Hills is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team, selling both new and pre-owned vehicles. Whether you're looking to start a new career or advance in the automotive industry, we'll provide comprehensive training and support to set you up for success. What You 'll Do: * Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle and explain features, financing, and value-added services. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, accessories, financing options, and current promotions. * Manage customer data and appointments using dealership software. * Conduct clear and ethical sales negotiations to close deals. * Respond to sales inquiries from phone or internet leads. * Attend staff meetings, trainings, and development sessions. * Follow safety, security, and dealership protocols. * Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
