The Sales Associate at Brock Cabinets will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of selecting cabinets, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to meet sales targets. Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new products and trends. Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options. * Earn new business * Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner. * Assist customers with design selections and layout planning. * Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and support. * Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals. * Maintain showroom appearance and ensure that all displays are up to date and appealing. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. * Sales Experience (1 year)
