Compensation

: $60,000 - $200,000/year (Commission + Bonuses) Schedule: Monday -Friday + Some Weekends

What You 'll Be Doing As a Business Development Specialist , you'll work warm, high-converting leads delivered daily from our canvassing and inside sales teams (2-3 per day!). Your role is to guide homeowners through the remodeling journey , help them say "yes" to the right solutions, and close the deal. You'll be reporting directly to the General Manager and play a key role in our expansion. Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage and grow relationships with homeowners
• Coordinate and qualify incoming leads
• Guide customers through service options and close deals
• Represent our brand with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
• Create ideas to increase client retention and satisfaction
• Support internal training and product updates as needed What You Get:

Required Qualifications
