We are hiring driven Patient Sales Consultants (Plastic Surgery) for a high volume cosmetic practice in Miami. This position is for individuals who excel in fast paced, phone based and client facing sales environments such as aesthetics, beauty, spa, retail, hospitality, telemarketing, or call centers. Degrees are not required. Strong communication, disciplined follow up, and the ability to close are the qualities we value most. You will speak with patients, guide them through procedures, build trust, and close sales. This is a performance driven position with strong income potential for those who take initiative, follow up consistently, and see this as a long term career opportunity rather than a routine job. This is a full time, on site position. Remote work is not available. Coordinators follow a consistent weekly schedule and may adjust their hours when business needs permit. Availability for rotating Saturdays is required, and all scheduling practices comply with applicable labor laws.
