Description Call Center Sales Agent No Experience Necessary This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the mortgage industry. Summit Home Lending will provide on-the-job training, all the mortgage education, and tools to pass the NMLS SAFE exam. This is a career path in the exciting world of financial services. No Experience Necessary Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Responsibilities * Make outbound calls - Connect with clients & transfer them to Loan Officers * Engage & problem-solve - Answer questions and build trust with customers * Earn while you learn - Competitive hourly pay + performance bonuses * Fast-track to Loan Officer - We'll cover your NMLS prep, testing & licensing! * Crush goals & get promoted - Develop sales skills, close deals & level up. * Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary * Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company * Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team * Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction * Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Qualifications Who You Are: * Energetic & coachable - Ready to learn and grow. * Great communicator - Confident on the phone. * Sales or customer service experience?
