Responsibilities/Duties include: - Scheduling and conducting appointments for rentals and sales - Coordinating application and lease paperwork - Organizing approved rentals and seeing process through up until move-in- date with questions, payments, and key pick-up - Working in a team focused environment Qualifications: - Self-motived - Knowledge of the greater Boston area is a huge plus - 1-2 Years experience working in an office environment -Real estate knowledge in the greater Boston area -Calendar management skills are required -Must have reliable vehicle Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: * Allston, MA 02134: commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred) * Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $1.00 - $15,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have a reliable vehicle to get around for this job?
