What You 'll Do * Door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods across Central Ohio * Speak with homeowners about exterior improvement solutions * Generate leads and set qualified appointments * Learn how to confidently communicate value and build trust * Follow a proven process with coaching and support * Represent Allstate Exteriors with professionalism and integrity Schedule Requirements This position requires availability during peak homeowner hours: * Evenings required * Saturdays required (These are the highest opportunity times to meet homeowners and earn.)
