Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. * Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to customers, tailoring presentations to meet their needs. * Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure availability of high-demand models. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate sales records. * Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue per sale. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive dealership experience. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach and brand promotion in local markets. * Support sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends. Skills * Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or B2B (business-to-business) transactions. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. * Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, and building a robust sales pipeline. * Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems to streamline sales processes. * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Knowledge of automotive industry trends, marketing strategies, and retail math principles for accurate pricing and deal structuring. * Outstanding public speaking skills for presentations and dealership events. * Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently for deal structuring and upselling opportunities. * Experience in dealership environments or automotive sales support roles is highly desirable.
