CMI is expanding and seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new client accounts and grow our staffing and workforce solutions in the Columbus, Ohio market. This is a 100% commission-only opportunity designed for proven B2B sales professionals who are confident in their ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships. There is no base salary for this role. Compensation * Commission-only compensation (no base salary) * Commissions earned based on active employees assigned to new client accounts * Ongoing commissions while the account remains active * Mileage reimbursement for approved client visits * Unlimited earning potential This position does not offer a guaranteed salary. Earnings are performance- based.
