We're growing fast and looking for motivated sales professionals who want to make great money while helping customers transform their outdoor spaces. The Role We're looking for outgoing, self-motivated Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting new people, helping them solve problems and closing deals. If you're driven, love working with customers and want uncapped earning potential, this is a great opportunity. What You 'll Be Doing * Meeting with homeowners and business owners to assess their needs * Explaining the benefits of synthetic turf in a clear, friendly way * Providing accurate quotes and recommendations for each project * Closing sales and hitting weekly/monthly sales goals * Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals * Tracking leads, appointments and sales in our system * Coordinating with our installation team to make sure projects run smoothly What We 're Looking For * Sales experience is a plus but not required -- we provide training * Comfortable meeting and talking with new people * Motivated, dependable and goal-oriented * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Reliable transportation * Basic computer and smartphone skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
