About the Role We're looking for a dependable, energetic, and hard-working Sales Assistant to support our fast-paced, tech-driven sales department. What You 'll Do As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing top-notch support for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing the department's email inbox * Answering phone calls and handling inquiries from customers and internal departments * Performing general office tasks such as data entry and administrative support * Contacting customers to secure payments * Processing referral checks * Assisting with special projects like target market research, customer experience reviews, and competitive analysis * Preparing insurance quotes, completing applications, and discussing coverage options with applicants as needed Who You Are * A strong communicator and active listener * Customer-focused, positive, and patient * Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Why Join Us? * Base salary plus monthly commissions and a yearly bonus - Earning potential of $60,000+ annually * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays. * Clear path for career growth and advancement What We 're Looking For * Tech-Savvy Mindset: You should be comfortable working with basic automated systems.
