The Role: What You 'll Do As a Sales Professional, you are the face of our dealership. Your goal is to provide a seamless, informative, and professional experience for every guest. * Customer Engagement: Greet guests warmly, build genuine rapport, and guide them through our selection process to find the perfect vehicle. * Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our diverse inventory, staying current on the latest automotive technology and industry trends. * Dynamic Presentations: Conduct high-energy vehicle demonstrations and lead test drives that highlight performance and key features. * Deal Structuring: Confidently navigate negotiations, including financing terms, trade-in allowances, and value-added products. * Closing & Delivery: Manage the sales process from initial contact to final paperwork, ensuring a smooth hand-off and vehicle delivery. * Relationship Management: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction and build a robust referral network through consistent prospecting. * Team Collaboration: Partner with our Finance and Service departments to ensure a cohesive experience for every customer.
