This role is for individuals who excel at building trust face-to-face and providing clarity and support to homeowners impacted by fire damage. What You 'll Do * Canvass neighborhoods impacted by fire incidents to connect directly with homeowners * Serve as the first supportive point of contact after a fire event * Educate homeowners on Thomasville's emergency restoration services, including board-up, tarping, fire mitigation, contents cleaning, and full reconstruction * Secure signed service agreements on-site for emergency board-ups and restoration services * Guide homeowners through next steps, insurance considerations, and timelines * Build strong working relationships with local fire departments, inspectors, and community partners * Document homeowner interactions, photos, and property details in DASH * Respond promptly to new fire alerts and visit affected areas to initiate outreach * Track daily and weekly activity, leads generated, and conversions * Represent Thomasville with professionalism, integrity, and compassion * Maintain a strong understanding of our service offerings to confidently advise homeowners * Collaborate with emergency response and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff * Demonstrate emotional intelligence when engaging with families under stress Who You Are * Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer engagement, or restoration services (fire experience a plus) * Strong communicator capable of earning trust quickly in difficult emotional situations * Compassionate, patient, and fully aligned with Thomasville's values of Family First and Care * Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document interactions thoroughly * Valid Driver's License required * Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on fire events.
