All-Star Personnel is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow new and existing client relationships in the light industrial staffing market. This role focuses on B2B sales , new business development , and account management for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Sell light industrial staffing services to manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution companies
• Identify client workforce needs and present customized staffing solutions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and client information in CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals

Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or industrial sales preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred Experience
• Staffing agency sales experience
• Light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics industry exposure
• Cold calling and face-to-face sales experience
