All-Star Personnel is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow new and existing client relationships in the light industrial staffing market. This role focuses on B2B sales , new business development , and account management for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions. Responsibilities * Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits * Sell light industrial staffing services to manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and distribution companies * Identify client workforce needs and present customized staffing solutions * Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers * Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction * Negotiate pricing and service agreements within company guidelines * Track sales activity, pipeline, and client information in CRM * Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals Requirements * 1+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or industrial sales preferred) * Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills * Self-motivated with a hunter mindset * Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Preferred Experience * Staffing agency sales experience * Light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics industry exposure * Cold calling and face-to-face sales experience Compensation & Benefits * Base salary plus commission * Performance bonuses and incentives * Health, dental, vision, and PTO * Ongoing sales training and career advancement opportunities Why Work at All-Star Personnel All-Star Personnel provides dependable workforce solutions while building long-term partnerships with clients and employees.
