As we continue to grow, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Outside Sales / Estimator for our Anaheim Service Center. REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS : * Must be mechanically inclined. * Experience with repairs/installations of doors and dock equipment, preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus) * Knowledge of various commercial doors and door parts * Computer literate with typing skills to write up proposal, emails, purchase orders, etc. * Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record * Reliable vehicle * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a must * Problem solving and critical thinking * Positive attitude * Excellent organizational skills DUTIES: * Meet sales volume & margin quotas * Communicate with crews, dispatcher and customers * Estimate pricing and prepare project proposals (good math and logic) * Purchasing project related materials * Customer service & support * Marketing / Networking / Prospecting for new customers * Various general office tasks BENEFITS : * Medical/Dental/Vision * Flexible Spending Account * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution after your first year of employment) among others.
