You'll welcome customers, guide them through our vehicles, products, and services, and help them understand the value of the Eco Auto ecosystem -- from vehicles to service, protection plans, battery programs, and more. You support the sales process, but you are not a traditional car salesman/woman. The product, experience, and environment do a big portion of it. Your job is to build trust, educate, and elevate the experience by sharing in every possible way we can help our guests. a What You'll Do * Serve as a brand ambassador representing Eco Auto's mission, culture, and values * Greet and guide sales and service customers * Tour customers through vehicles and explain EV ownership in a clear, exciting way * Conduct test drives and assist with vehicle deliveries * Support customers throughout the store -- vehicles, accessories, protection plans, battery programs, and services * Create and share social media content, walkarounds, and educational posts * Assist service customers by explaining maintenance, charging, and long-term EV care * Promote Eco Auto's state-of-the-art service department as a key part of the ownership experience * Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty, reviews, and repeat business * Collaborate closely with managers and team members to support store goals Our Service Department (A Big Deal Here) Eco Auto's service department is second to none : * State-of-the-art facility * Latest diagnostic technology, tools, and equipment * Factory-trained technicians * A forward-thinking approach to EV service and ownership You'll proudly showcase this as a major reason customers choose and stay with Eco Auto.
