About Us At Miller's Textile Services, we provide Linen, Uniform, Mat, and Sanitation/Janitorial/First Aid rental services to businesses across Ohio. What You 'll Do * Drive New Business Growth: Prospect through cold calls, emails, and door-to-door visits to schedule appointments, deliver presentations, and close multi-year service agreements. * Deliver Value-Based Solutions: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to recommend the right products and services that align with customer goals and profitability targets. * Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Manage documentation and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee a seamless transition for new accounts during their first six weeks of service. * Build Lasting Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and drive customer satisfaction. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales Director, Service leadership, and other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience. What We Offer * Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (average reps earn an additional $15,000-$61,000 annually) + quarterly and annual performance bonuses. * Company Vehicle: All expenses covered (insurance, gas, maintenance). * Tools & Support: Laptop and cell phone allowance. * Growth: Personalized training, one-on-one mentoring, and clear advancement opportunities. * Work-Life Balance: Local territory (60-75-mile radius) -- no overnight travel. * Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) with match , paid time off, and more. What We 're Looking For * Experience in B2B sales or customer service , ideally in a recurring or rental-based service industry. * Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling. * Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, self-starting attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred). * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
