Full-time | Paid Training | Weekly Pay We are a fast-growing marketing and sales company dedicated to creating strong customer connections and delivering real results for our clients. We're currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time, entry-level position with comprehensive paid training. Our Sales Consultants gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing and customer engagement by representing well-known brands in leading retail locations. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in top retail locations on behalf of our clients * Share product knowledge and current promotions * Provide professional and courteous customer service * Attend team meetings and training sessions * Track personal and team progress toward weekly objectives * Support brand awareness and assist in generating new customer leads * Build lasting relationships with clients and customers Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required (College degree preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges * Must be 18 years or older * Reliable transportation to travel to retail partner locations Benefits: * Weekly pay * Paid training provided * Opportunities for travel (optional, not required) * Leadership development and advancement opportunities Compensation: Compensation is discussed in detail during the interview process and may include a combination of base pay and performance-based incentives.
